a phone number, and someone will return your call promptly. We

it may take as long as one hour. Same day appointments are possible,
however, it is advisable to call a day or two in advance, especially
for LaStone Therapy and Salt Glow

How do I dress for my massage?
Most massage is done with the client completely disrobed. You
will be completely covered with a sheet and blanket. The only
body part that will be exposed, will be the body part being massaged,
i.e. your arm, leg, etc. Undergarments may be worn if preferred.
Wear or bring loose, comfortable clothes to change into after
your massage. We use oils and lotions that are non-staining,
but you may find it more desirable to put on loose clothing rather
than your work clothes if coming right from work. If at all possible,
do not wear perfume, cologne, makeup, or jewelry to your appointment.
What time should I arrive for my appointment?
If you are a new client, please arrive for your scheduled appointment
15 minutes earlier so you can fill out the Client Information
Sheet, and have the therapist answer any questions you may have.
All other clients should arrive five minutes prior to their appointment
time in order to be ready and on the massage table so the massage
can start on time.
Where can I park?
Parking is available in front of the building.
What if I am going to be late for my appointment?
Punctuality is appreciated, however, if you are going to be more
than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please call and let
us know. We will still be available for your appointment, but
you will have to accept a shorter appointment. If you are more
than 15 minutes late and have not called, we will assume you
are not coming, and you will be responsible for the cancellation
fee.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
If you cannot make it to your appointment, please call to cancel
with us 12 hours in advance of your appointment time, or we will
have to charge you 50% of your appointment fee. We understand
that there are times of emergencies, and last minute cancellations
can’t be helped. We appreciate your patronage, but please
understand that the therapist is at the office waiting for you,
and no other client can be booked for that time slot. If you
feel you need a reminder call, please let the therapist know.
What type of payment is acceptable?
We accept cash or check. If paying by check, please make check
out to your therapist, not Main Street Massage Therapy. Tipping
is not required, but certainly appreciated.
